A further,separate area of activity, is the modernization and renovation of historical monuments registered in the National Heritage Board of Poland.  This area requires great precision and indepth knowledge.

We also work as a developer: currently, we have for sale apartments in Kielce  bordering  2 estates: Uroczysko and Szydłówek. We have 35 and 52 square metre flats available. Finished to the highest standards the flats are located in 3 floor buildings with an elevator and parking spaces in underground garage.
